Grant Henry is the founder of Yogi Tales, Grant Henry Media, Puppet Town, and Rhythmic Flows Yoga. He always knew that he was an entrepreneur at heart, but it was not until moving to New York City three years ago did he finally realize where he truly belonged. He finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and completed two graduate degrees at Chatham University (Pittsburgh, PA) and New York University. His first master's degree is in Film & Digital Technology and his second is in Digital Media Design for Learning.
When he was not furthering his education, Grant was a preschool teacher and director for almost ten years back home in Arizona. It is there where he realized that his love for teaching and watching children grow would be a part of his life forever.
He began practicing yoga in 2014 after finally working up the courage to walk inside his neighborhood yoga studio and his life completely changed. He began to develop newfound confidence, increased physical and mental strength, and a brand new outlook on life. In 2017, while finishing his master's degree at NYU, he completed his 200-hour teacher training certification from Yoga Vida and began teaching adults classes thereafter.
While he did enjoy some aspects of teaching adults, he always knew that he belonged teaching yoga to kids. And after several years toying with different ideas, Yogi Tales was born!
